Job Qualifications

  • experience managing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • experience with UX/UI for event websites focusing on the ability to guide content hierarchy, navigation, layout, and attendee journeys
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and learn new concepts quickly

Job Duties

  • Design, build, and maintain event websites and mobile apps with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility
  • conduct quality control/quality assurance of digital event assets including websites and mobile apps to ensure they meet quality standards and project scope
  • advise internal stakeholders on better ways to leverage CVENT technology to meet needs within established platform standards and guidelines
  • ensure consistent, high-quality UX across registration, agendas, networking features, and other event touchpoints
  • ensure each event setup has correct integration points with Salesforce so that registration and attendance information flows seamlessly between systems, escalating issues or enhancements as needed
  • conduct usability reviews and testing to validate functionality and improve attendee engagement
  • optimize apps and websites for cross-device performance, ensuring responsive and seamless experiences
  • document processes, create templates, and recommend best practices to improve future event builds
  • stay current on UX/UI and CVENT trends and event technology innovations to enhance customer experiences
  • troubleshoot and resolve UX or technical issues quickly during the event lifecycle
