Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Completion of all training and certification as required by Encore within one year for external hires
  • One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • One year audiovisual experience or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Additional DOT requirements if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • Completion of Encore's Global Learning Training Program for internal applicants
  • Certification requirements met within one year for external applicants
  • One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • One year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred
  • Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Ensures accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment
  • Strives to exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Maintains positive client relationships through effective communication
  • Troubleshoots and resolves equipment and software issues
  • Follows company processes and completes systems entry and paperwork accurately
  • Uses equipment sheets to manage scheduled setup and strike
  • Works with clients to finalize invoices and completes order entries
  • Utilizes floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue
