Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three plus years of event technology experience with specialty in audio, lighting, projection, or video
- Three to four years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Completion of all required training and certifications within 60 days for external applicants
- Compliance with Encore’s Global Learning Training Program for internal applicants
- Professional and effective interaction with diverse workforce and senior management
- Strong customer, client, and coworker interface abilities
- Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

- Three to four years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

- Valid driver’s license for roles requiring operation of company vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensures flawless event execution through setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues promptly
- Adheres to company security and safety standards
- Secures equipment from theft and damage during use
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains positive client relationships
- Collaborates with team members pre-event and during event to optimize solutions
- Mentors and coaches technical and sales staff to develop skills
- Supervises and directs technicians during events
- Assists with equipment storage, inventory, transportation, and maintenance
- Performs forecasting of equipment needs
