Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months or more of experience with Andretti brand or similar hospitality environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Ability to communicate quickly and accurately
Ability to follow safety standards at all times
Pass drug test and background check
Maintain confidentiality in employee matters
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Guest service and leadership experience preferred
Familiarity with Andretti brand and culture a plus
Experience as a trainer or team lead preferred
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with good judgment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of safety procedures
Open and full availability including holidays, nights, and weekends
Sensitive to confidentiality and able to use discretion
Outgoing and upbeat personality

Job Duties

Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor and cash control effectively
Maintain opening, running and closing duties for the department
Organize and ensure cleanliness of all departmental areas
Proactively engage in guest relations including floor interactions and table visits
Maintain highest level of quality and service standards
Oversee guest experience concerning product, timing, service, entertainment, and excitement
Empower staff to deliver exceptional service
Execute special events in collaboration with leader on duty
Provide management with honest feedback regarding staff performance
Assist in staff training and employee relations
Sustain high staff morale
Participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
