Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more of experience with Andretti brand or similar hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate quickly and accurately
- Ability to follow safety standards at all times
- Pass drug test and background check
- Maintain confidentiality in employee matters
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Guest service and leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with Andretti brand and culture a plus
- Experience as a trainer or team lead preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with good judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Open and full availability including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Sensitive to confidentiality and able to use discretion
- Outgoing and upbeat personality
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
- Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor and cash control effectively
- Maintain opening, running and closing duties for the department
- Organize and ensure cleanliness of all departmental areas
- Proactively engage in guest relations including floor interactions and table visits
- Maintain highest level of quality and service standards
- Oversee guest experience concerning product, timing, service, entertainment, and excitement
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional service
- Execute special events in collaboration with leader on duty
- Provide management with honest feedback regarding staff performance
- Assist in staff training and employee relations
- Sustain high staff morale
- Participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
