Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more experience in guest service or leadership role preferred
  • Ability to operate manual equipment and handle cash
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Open and flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
  • Ability to maintain safety in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Physical capability for bending, reaching, climbing, and stocking

Job Qualifications

  • Guest service and leadership experience preferred
  • 6 months or more of Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus
  • Current trainer or team lead a plus
  • Proven leadership and team skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision making independent decisions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain all safety procedures
  • Open and full availability
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
  • Sensitivity to confidentiality and discretion
  • Gregarious, upbeat and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
  • Accountable to maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control
  • Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department
  • Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas
  • Take proactive approach to guest relations including floor interaction and table visits
  • Ensure highest level of quality and service standards
  • Oversee all aspects of guest relations and quality of experience delivered
  • Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
  • Execute special events with leader on duty
  • Provide management with direct and honest feedback regarding staff performance
  • Assist with staff training and employee relations
  • Maintain high staff morale
  • Participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
