Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months or more experience in guest service or leadership role preferred
Ability to operate manual equipment and handle cash
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Must pass a drug test and background check
Open and flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Ability to maintain safety in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Ability to keep confidential information
Physical capability for bending, reaching, climbing, and stocking

Job Qualifications

Guest service and leadership experience preferred
6 months or more of Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus
Current trainer or team lead a plus
Proven leadership and team skills
Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision making independent decisions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Maintain all safety procedures
Open and full availability
Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Sensitivity to confidentiality and discretion
Gregarious, upbeat and outgoing personality

Job Duties

Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
Accountable to maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control
Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department
Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas
Take proactive approach to guest relations including floor interaction and table visits
Ensure highest level of quality and service standards
Oversee all aspects of guest relations and quality of experience delivered
Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
Execute special events with leader on duty
Provide management with direct and honest feedback regarding staff performance
Assist with staff training and employee relations
Maintain high staff morale
Participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
