Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more experience in guest service or leadership role preferred
- Ability to operate manual equipment and handle cash
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Open and flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain safety in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to keep confidential information
- Physical capability for bending, reaching, climbing, and stocking
Job Qualifications
- Guest service and leadership experience preferred
- 6 months or more of Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus
- Current trainer or team lead a plus
- Proven leadership and team skills
- Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
- Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision making independent decisions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain all safety procedures
- Open and full availability
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Sensitivity to confidentiality and discretion
- Gregarious, upbeat and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
- Accountable to maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control
- Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department
- Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas
- Take proactive approach to guest relations including floor interaction and table visits
- Ensure highest level of quality and service standards
- Oversee all aspects of guest relations and quality of experience delivered
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
- Execute special events with leader on duty
- Provide management with direct and honest feedback regarding staff performance
- Assist with staff training and employee relations
- Maintain high staff morale
- Participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
