Job Requirements
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to multitask and supervise multiple service areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable transportation to Bobby Dodd Stadium
- Must be able to work varying shifts and hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- One year or more of relevant work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Support management by supervising daily functions and employees during normal business operations
- Help ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate employee orientation and training
- Work with consumers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and report for scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned tasks which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
