The Operations Supervisor role at AIKG is a full-time, hourly position responsible for supporting the facility Operation Managers by leading daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the location. This includes managing staffing and training for all hourly employees, controlling costs, upholding service standards, enforcing operational policies and procedures, and maintaining guest relations. The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in supervising sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, as well as safety and security protocols. The supervisor also participates in recruitment and retention efforts and provides management with honest feedback on staff performance.
This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently while making sound decisions. Handling flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends is necessary, reflecting the nature of the entertainment and hospitality industry. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
