Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to consistently walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Must wear appropriate attire and footwear as per company policies
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to work varying stagehand level roles
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in stagehand work or related field preferred
- Ability to understand general industry terms and fundamental principles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Support the setup and breakdown of concert, festival, and corporate event staging
- Handle and move staging equipment safely, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Work cohesively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event execution
- Communicate effectively in English to coordinate tasks and maintain safety
- Adapt to varying weather conditions while working indoors or outdoors
- Follow company policies regarding appropriate attire and footwear
- Perform other stagehand roles as assigned with flexibility
