These positions are on-call and require a dynamic work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays with varying hours and no minimum guarantee. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in a physically demanding environment and possess a strong work ethic and can-do attitude. Rhino Staging values individuals who are team players and are willing to work in various stagehand capacities, adapting to indoor or outdoor settings regardless of weather. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy equipment, with requirements including the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently, along with frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and twisting. Candidates need to have a reliable means of transportation to report to event sites promptly and must comply with Rhino Staging's policies regarding appropriate attire and footwear.
