Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel to other event locations (Murrieta, Corona, or North County)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional appearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Interest in estate planning and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of the Mission Valley area preferred

- Foundational knowledge of estate planning and probate, and/or a willingness to learn
- Local knowledge of the area (preferred)
Job Duties
- Plan and execute in-person estate planning workshops to educate attendees on estate planning options and benefits
- Manage event logistics, including setup, catering, and any necessary equipment
- Welcome and engage attendees, answering their questions and providing general information about Shoup Legal's services
- Assist in post-workshop process including scheduling appointments and collecting payments
- Collect and maintain participant information and feedback for follow-up purposes
- Represent Shoup Legal with professionalism and compassion
