Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete a background investigation
  • Pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
  • May be required to pass a driver’s record check
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
  • Allow appropriate entry into each venue, collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic going in and out of the venue
  • Demonstrate understanding of policies, procedures and regulations of different venues
  • Greet guests warmly at facility entrances, aisles, concourses or other locations, and thank them upon completion of their experience
  • Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment
  • Interact with guests using a friendly tone, natural inflection, and a smile
