NASCAR is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Guest Services Representatives to join their team at Kansas Speedway. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests receive the "Best Guest Experience in Motorsports" by delivering professional and courteous service throughout their visit. As a Guest Services Representative, individuals will be the welcoming face of the Speedway, greeting fans and attendees as they enter and exit the grandstands during race events. The job includes critical front-facing responsibilities such as assisting guests with accessibility needs by transporting ADA guests via golf carts, operating trams to and from campgrounds, and staffing informational booths to provide helpful directions and respond to inquiries. It is essential that candidates maintain a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail since every guest interaction impacts their overall experience and perception of NASCAR and Kansas Speedway.

This role requires availability during the designated race weekends, specifically April 16th through 19th and September 24th through 27th. Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to remain calm and courteous in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Drivers operating golf carts must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle license inspection.
