Andy Frain Services is a renowned security company that specializes in offering professional security management and services to various clients, including sports venues, commercial properties, and special events. Located in Ontario, California, the company has built a strong reputation through its dedication to safety, excellent customer service, and comprehensive security solutions. With a focus on innovation, trustworthiness, and proactive security measures, Andy Frain Services aims to protect and serve its clients by providing highly trained security personnel who uphold the highest standards of professionalism and vigilance. The company operates with a mission to create safe environments where businesses and communities can thrive and feel secure.
The Fresno Grizzlies, a professional baseball team, is currently seeking qualified Security Officers to provide detailed security coverage at Chukchansi Park. This role is a critical part of the team's commitment to ensuring the safety and security of fans, staff, and players during events. The Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $19.00 and requires officers to be alert, courteous, and professional at all times.
As a Security Officer at Fresno Grizzlies, you will be engaged in various activities ranging from pedestrian and vehicle control, building patrols, and escort duties to special assignments requiring you to use your judgment and skills to adapt to situations. Besides physical security, you will also be required to maintain logs, write incident reports, and make safety recommendations to management. The role demands individuals who are proactive about learning and complying with all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and operational standards. Emphasis is placed on a professional image and strong customer service, as this position serves as the front line of interaction between the team, its supporters, and the community.
Candidates are expected to be well-disciplined, honest, and alert with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior security experience or crowd management is highly beneficial, and possession of an active Guard Card certification issued by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) is strongly preferred. However, candidates willing to obtain such certification prior to assignment will also be considered. The position also encourages teamwork, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and to work efficiently under pressure.
Working as a Security Officer within the Fresno Grizzlies organization offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety of a dynamic sports venue and gain valuable experience in the security industry. The company is committed to compliance with ADA requirements and further training to ensure that security personnel can perform their roles effectively and safely. Overall, this role is essential to maintaining the integrity and safety of events and facilities associated with the Fresno Grizzlies and their partners.
