Job Requirements
- guest services or similar experience is preferred
- must pass all applicable background checks
- must successfully complete Safe from Harm training as established by The Salvation Army
Job Qualifications
- ability to be flexible and able to work on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
- good communication skills both written and spoken and ability to maintain effective working relationships
- basic computer knowledge needed to access time clock and personal information via a web-based system
- guest services or similar experience is preferred

Job Duties
- provides on-site support for events ensuring proper execution in set-up and clean-up
- aids in food preparation and serving as needed
- sets up chairs tables decorations or other equipment
- maintains all equipment and facilities in an organized clean and safe environment
- fosters a positive working relationship with all outside agencies and vendors
- works in a team environment and assists in a variety of areas
- follows and ensures adherence to The Salvation Army policies and procedures
