Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year of customer service experience preferred
- must have customer service skills
- must be able to use scheduling applications and guidelines
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- basic math skills
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- must maintain effective working relationships with clients and patrons
- ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- must follow ASM Global procedures and policies
- flexibility to adjust to situations
- ability to work irregular hours
- ability to handle physical demands including climbing steps and working indoors and outdoors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Carry out job functions as directed by management
- provide exceptional customer service
- assist and direct patrons to appropriate destinations
- serve as ticket taker and usher
- assist with pre-event set-up and post-show breakdown
- provide special accommodations for handicapped patrons and groups
- ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, and participants
- sell merchandise when requested
- assist in emergency and crowd control situations
- handle disturbances and escort disruptive individuals
- report problems to event management
- enforce ticket credentials and access controls
- fill in various positions during events
- search for lost articles and lost children
- perform door checks
- distribute programs and promotional items
- remain calm and professional under pressure
- arrive on time
- perform additional duties as assigned
