We are currently seeking a talented, self-motivated, and dedicated Event Specialist to join our North American central marketing team remotely. This role involves planning, managing, and executing a variety of corporate events including trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and customer meetups that align with our business objectives. The Event Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics such as booth setups, sponsorship management, speaker coordination, and follow-up activities, ensuring seamless event execution. A strong, data-driven approach is essential for this position, as you will be expected to assess event performance metrics like attendance, engagement, lead conversion, and return on investment, using these insights to continuously improve event strategies.
The ideal candidate will also collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality lead generation and effective post-event engagement, utilizing a variety of marketing tactics including email campaigns, social media promotions, landing pages, and paid advertising. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, with occasional collaboration across global time zones. Familiarity with event management platforms such as Zoho Backstage, Cvent, Eventbrite, HubSpot, and Marketo is important, coupled with CRM software usage. The position offers a full-time remote work arrangement and a competitive salary range from $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Permanent employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a company-sponsored 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
At ManageEngine, diversity and equal opportunity are foundational values. We are committed to maintaining a discrimination-free workplace on all legally protected bases. Candidates will undergo a standard background check and must demonstrate legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. We invite passionate event professionals looking to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional IT management solutions globally.
