- College degree preferred
- Minimum of one year event experience
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage etiquette
- Must be able to work weekends
- Typical work week is Tuesday to Sunday

Job Duties
- Coordinate services to make each event memorable for clients and guests
- Execute catering events from beginning to end to ensure the highest quality
- Prep event team with all the information they need prior to the event
- Create server duties prior to the staff rally
- Organize and confirm vendors for events
- Create a logistical plan of catering or overall event based on the client's vision
- Coordinate with event captains to identify ways to improve future events
- Protect the integrity of all company products
