The role of Food Demonstrator/Sales Adviser is a dynamic and customer-focused position within CROSSMARK’s operations. This role involves performing food and beverage sampling demonstrations inside elite local retail grocery stores in the Denton, Texas area. As a Food Demonstrator, you will be the face of several products, responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and memorable experience for customers. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service and brand representation.

This permanent part-time position primarily schedules shifts on weekends, from Thursday through Sunday, with shifts lasting approximately six hours. It is particularly suitable for those seeking supplemental income or entry-level experience in sales and marketing. The company provides training to ensure all Food Demonstrators are well-prepared to excel in their roles. Additionally, employees become eligible for benefits after 60 days of work, adding further value to the position.

Successful Food Demonstrators must be reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently. The role demands standing for extended periods and requires a friendly and respectful demeanor to positively influence consumer perceptions of the products. A Food Safety Certification is required but can be completed after hire. The ideal candidate should also have reliable internet access, dependable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED.
