Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Food handling certification if required locally

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or brand advocacy is a plus
  • Must be comfortable standing for the duration of a shift and managing a portable demo station
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following specific brand guidelines
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations within the assigned territory
  • Must meet local food handling certification requirements where applicable

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
  • Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
  • Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
  • Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
