Job Duties
- Meet with clients to plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, banquets, meetings, and special events
- conduct property tours and showcase venue features, services, and event capabilities
- build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- meet and exceed departmental revenue goals through strategic upselling of menus, rentals, and services
- create detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate event details across departments
- coordinate all event logistics to ensure successful execution on the day of the event
- serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors during events
- facilitate wedding rehearsals and ceremonies when applicable
- collaborate closely with Banquet Operations, Culinary, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service
- anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
- manage timelines, payment schedules, guest counts, and client communications
- resolve guest concerns professionally
- maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners
- participate in trade shows, promotional events, and sales initiatives
- stay informed on hospitality trends, company policies, and industry best practices
- contribute creative ideas and recommendations to support departmental growth and innovation
