Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or related fields
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- knowledge of tent setups and event equipment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, event management, or related fields preferably in event rental or tent rental industry
- strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- familiarity with tent setups, event equipment, and logistical planning for both outdoor and convention events
Job Duties
- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and vision
- provide expert guidance on tent rentals, event layouts, equipment options, and additional services
- manage client communications throughout the event planning process to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution
- collaborate with team to ensure all event elements are prepared and ready on time
- oversee the creation of event timelines, floor plans, and logistical arrangements for both tent and convention setups
- provide input on event design including tent structures, seating arrangements, lighting, dé
- cor, and other event elements
- supervise installation and breakdown of tent structures, event equipment, and other rental items
- act as the point of contact on-site to ensure all event details are executed according to plan
- troubleshoot and resolve any issues during setup, event, or teardown process
- maintain thorough understanding of rental inventory ensuring all equipment is in top condition
- coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with logistics team to meet client timelines
- assist in development of new rental packages and offerings based on market trends and client feedback
