Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to travel up to 90 percent
- strong communication skills
- customer facing professionalism
- technical background preferred but not required
- comfortable working flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Experience with event tech AV IT support or hardware setup
- strong troubleshooting skills in fast-paced live environments
- excellent communication skills and professionalism onsite
- comfortable with frequent travel up to 90 percent and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Act as the onsite technical point of contact between project teams and clients
- set up and manage check-in stations including tablets badge printers routers
- configure test and maintain event devices and applications
- support session scanning and lead capture including setup distribution troubleshooting
- handle incoming shipments inventory and post-event returns
- travel to conference and event sites
