Job Requirements

Must have strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or brand advocacy is preferred
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to manage a portable demo station
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow brand guidelines
Reliable transportation to travel within assigned retail territories
Must meet local food handling certification requirements where applicable

Job Duties

Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
