The role of Event Specialist at Rare Collects is a full-time, onsite position based in Miami, FL. This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and executing high-end events such as private tastings, product launches, and luxurious experiential dinners. The Event Specialist will be instrumental in managing all event logistics, ensuring flawless execution and an unforgettable experience for attendees.

In addition to event coordination, the Event Specialist will be responsible for liaising directly with clients, fostering meaningful relationships to understand and deliver on their event needs. This requires excellent customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and attendees. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Valid work authorization for the United States
