Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Proven track record in managing luxury or high-end events
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Valid work authorization for the United States

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in event planning and event marketing
Experience in sales and client relationship building
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with fine wine, spirits, or luxury goods industry
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Plan and coordinate high-end events such as private tastings and product launches
Manage event logistics including venue setup and vendor coordination
Liaise with clients to understand and fulfill event requirements
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote events and enhance brand presence
Engage with customers and attendees to ensure a memorable experience
Monitor event budgets and timelines to maintain quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve event-related issues proactively
