Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Proven track record in managing luxury or high-end events
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid work authorization for the United States

- Experience in sales and client relationship building

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate high-end events such as private tastings and product launches
- Manage event logistics including venue setup and vendor coordination
- Liaise with clients to understand and fulfill event requirements
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote events and enhance brand presence
- Engage with customers and attendees to ensure a memorable experience
- Monitor event budgets and timelines to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve event-related issues proactively
