As an Event Specialist at CROSSMARK, you will serve as the dynamic face of leading brands within local retail stores. If you meet local food handling certification requirements, you’ll also participate in the preparation and safe distribution of product samples.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Comfortable managing portable demo stations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
  • Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
  • Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
  • Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
