The opportunity being offered is for the role of Event Setup team member, a critical position responsible for physically preparing venues to meet specific event requirements. This role involves setting up and breaking down food and beverage service areas, including bars and concession stations, in accordance with detailed event diagrams and orders. The team member ensures that each space is arranged precisely as specified, maintained in a clean and safe condition, and organized before, during, and after events. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret floor plans and banquet event orders are essential to success in this role.

This position is part-time and offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.00. Job Duties

Set up food and beverage equipment including bars and concession stations according to CAD diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
read and interpret room diagrams and event resumes to accurately configure event spaces
tear down and remove equipment and supplies promptly at the conclusion of events
maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces hallways service corridors and common areas
ensure storage areas remain clean organized and unobstructed
empty trash receptacles and operate cleaning equipment as needed
monitor event spaces during functions and respond quickly to adjustments or requests
