Job Requirements

  • Must be eighteen or older
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated experience in exercising confidentiality and integrity
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and handle conflicting demands
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and situations
  • Professional and composed under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromise

Job Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen or older
  • Preferred previous banquet or event experience
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Internet
  • Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle conflicting demands
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
  • Professional demeanor with ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromise

Job Duties

  • Set up function rooms and event spaces as directed by the Event Services Management team
  • Tear down and clean event areas quickly and efficiently after functions
  • Use and store equipment appropriately to maintain safety and organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure all requirements are met
  • Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently during event preparation and breakdown
  • Follow hotel policies related to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
