Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry and push 25 pounds or more
- physical stamina for continuous walking and standing
- ability to team lift 50 pounds or more
- availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year or more of event setup experience preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- teamwork skills

- energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Job Duties
- Responsible for set-up and tear-down of all event functions
- manage event space and coordinate with Events and Event Services departments
- oversee, motivate and coach Event Set-Up team
- continuously walk, stand, and lift event materials
- work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- maintain communication and coordination with hotel departments
- promote guest satisfaction and colleague engagement
