Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential to effectively greet and assist guests, handle registration, and resolve general inquiries while referring more complex issues to the appropriate personnel. The Event Set-up Lead also assists in the preparation of promotional materials and resource documentation that support successful event execution and maintain accurate event data through diligent record-keeping and scheduling of vendor services.
