Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • no prior experience required
  • no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • willing to undergo on-the-job training
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • able to use cleaning tools and equipment
  • flexible to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • good communication skills
  • able to work with minimal supervision
  • ability to follow instructions
  • attention to detail
  • reliable and cooperative team member

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • one year of similar work experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • good communication skills
  • ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • willingness to perform janitorial duties
  • ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
  • flexible schedule availability Monday to Friday

Job Duties

  • Support arrangements of furniture and event equipment requests
  • execute the work order lifecycle per KPIs
  • create work orders as needed
  • acknowledge and check in/out work orders with documentation
  • verify space capacities in all set styles
  • respond to event-related communications
  • attend internal and external team meetings
  • maintain clean and organized event storage
  • inspect equipment for damage and track inventory
  • communicate supply needs and equipment removals
  • ensure excellent customer service
  • adhere to safety standards and fire code regulations
  • perform janitorial tasks as needed
  • follow event labor team priorities
