Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum one year of related work experience
  • Open availability for all shifts
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to follow safety and company policies

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/hostess prior to functions to confirm arrangements
  • Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and event details
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and navigating various work environments
