Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Relevant degree in business development or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • High level of customer focus
  • Ability to operate with urgency and discipline
  • Regular attendance and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Significant experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role
  • Relevant degree in business development or other relevant business field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and perform negotiation
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Proficient in booking and event management systems

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and or event
  • Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determine the best solution
  • Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • Maintain regular attendance
