Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of hospitality related experience at manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
- Relevant degree in business development or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- High level of customer focus
- Ability to operate with urgency and discipline
- Regular attendance and reliability
Job Qualifications

- Significant experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role
- Relevant degree in business development or other relevant business field

Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and or event
- Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determine the best solution
- Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
- Maintain regular attendance
