Job Description
CoralTree Hospitality is a distinguished hotel group renowned for providing exceptional guest experiences through their dedicated commitment to excellence in service and hospitality. Known for their upscale and meticulously managed properties, CoralTree delivers a blend of comfort, luxury, and personalized service to both leisure and business travelers. Their properties cater to a diverse clientele by offering modern amenities, lush accommodations, and comprehensive event hosting capabilities, making them a preferred choice for conferences, weddings, and corporate events. With a strong reputation in the hospitality industry, CoralTree Hospitality is committed to employee growth and development, fostering a work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
The opportunity to join CoralTree Hospitality as an Event Services Manager presents a dynamic and rewarding role within the hotel’s Sales Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Event Services Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating all aspects of event management, encompassing group bookings, weddings, and catering events from initial sales through to post-event completion. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $43,200 to $72,000, reflecting experience and expertise.
As the Event Services Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of managing event logistics, coordinating room blocks and rooming lists, and accurately detailing food and beverage requirements to ensure seamless execution. Acting as a liaison between various departments including Group Sales, Revenue Management, Banquets, Finance, and Operations, you will ensure all client and brand expectations are met with precision and care. This highly collaborative role requires excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to guarantee that every element of an event is flawlessly executed, resulting in memorable guest experiences and optimized financial performance for the department.
Key areas of focus will involve developing and implementing strategic sales action plans targeted at upselling food, beverages, and guest rooms, in alignment with both personal and team revenue goals. You will conduct site inspections, manage group attrition, utilize sales and marketing tools such as Delphi and Salesforce, and oversee the creation and adherence to Banquet Event Orders. Ensuring a high level of communication across internal teams, you will guide meeting logistics, train team members, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt promptly to evolving guest needs. Your leadership will foster employee satisfaction and guest loyalty by maintaining service excellence throughout event lifecycles.
This position requires a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to make timely decisions balancing guest satisfaction with operational and financial targets. Beyond event coordination, the role involves active participation in hotel meetings such as Daily Huddles, Sales Meetings, and Pre-Convention briefings. The Event Services Manager will represent CoralTree Hospitality professionally within the industry and community, contributing to the brand’s strong market presence.
In joining CoralTree Hospitality, you gain more than a career; you join a community dedicated to delivering premium hospitality experiences, supported by a comprehensive compensation package and ongoing professional development. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-focused, adaptable event professional eager to grow within a respected hotel group and contribute significantly to the success of its catering and conference services division.
