Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventories and assets
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between teams and clients
- Capability to handle guest complaints and provide solutions
- Experience in scheduling and training staff
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, food and beverage, or related area
- Proven leadership skills in supervising teams
- Knowledge of event setup and service standards
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to conduct thorough function room inspections
- Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Assist in supervising team and physical setup of function rooms
- Delegate tasks to ensure timely room sets
- Manage departmental inventories and asset maintenance
- Conduct function room inspections prior to events
- Coordinate between banquets, event planning, and event delivery teams
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback and resolve complaints
- Schedule staff and lead shifts during events
