Job Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Computer knowledge and skills preferred
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Must be able to stand and walk the majority of shift
- Light to moderate work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Demonstrate a warm, friendly, professional demeanor at all times
- Possess and display strong communication skills
- Be flexible with schedule when required by business demand or training
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative including anticipating guest or client needs
- Comply with all hotel and corporate standards and regulations

Job Duties
- Remain visible to the meeting professional and their attendees
- Remain accessible in person and via cellphone or radio
- Continuously monitor and walk meeting and public spaces prior to, during, and after events
- Proactively search for areas of improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Facilitate last minute changes and issues with operational departments
- Perform other duties as requested by management
