Job Requirements
- Must pass background check
- TABC and food handlers certified
- Have banquet or catering experience
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop frequently
- Banquet servers must be able to carry trays with confidence
- Be professional, polite, polished and punctual
- Be able to work with all food types including allergens and provide exceptional customer service

- Ability to carry serving trays with confidence
Job Duties
- Serve plated meals, buffet-style food, or hors d'oeuvres to guests
- Refill beverages, including water, soft drinks, wine, and cocktails, as needed during the event
- Deliver food to guests' tables or designated areas efficiently and promptly
- Monitor the banquet hall to ensure it remains clean and organized throughout the event
- Clear empty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables in a discreet and timely manner
- Wipe down tables and adjust settings as needed during the event
