Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of fine dining or catering service experience
able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
reliable transportation
work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
must speak and write basic English
comply with company grooming and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

Positive attitude and good communication skills
able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs
have reliable transportation to and from events
speak fluent English and write basic English
must be okay working in a smoke-free environment
ServSafe and bartending certifications a plus
2 years of fine dining or catering service experience, preferably in a high-volume operation

Job Duties

Attend to guests needs and serve fine dining style catered events
prepare guest and buffet tables by setting linens, décor, napkins, plates, etc
participate in event break down with the rest of the service team
practice safe food handling procedures at all times
show up on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude
be prepared to work in all types of weather - events can be indoors and outdoors
