Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a high-volume restaurant
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems
- Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego
- Reliable transportation is necessary

Job Duties
- Execute banquet events according to orders, completing all assigned tasks and duties
- Assign opening and closing duties to servers, ensuring they fulfill their tasks effectively
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for buffet replenishment and timing of plated events
- Maintain and store event equipment and supplies appropriately
- Be responsible for rental equipment at the conclusion of events
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
- Set up and tear down banquet areas, handling linens, place settings, and buffet items
- Arrange banquet rooms according to function sheets and instructions
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests from the kitchen and bar
- Pour and refill wine, coffee, water, and other beverages responsibly
