Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- previous food and beverage experience preferred
- ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- flexible adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced high-energy environments
- tech-savvy with daily internet access to review schedules and respond to shift bidding
- valid Food Handler Card or certificate issued by county or ANSI-accredited food handler training program

Job Duties
- Assist with setting up event spaces including tables chairs serving stations and dining areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner adhering to established service standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly welcoming manner respond to requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas throughout the event clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers leads captains and event staff to ensure smooth execution of service
- Follow safety protocols including proper handling of food and beverages practicing good hygiene and preventing accidents
