Job Requirements

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Minimum one year of serving or hosting experience
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have or be willing to learn event service styles
Must wear required event attire including plain black shirts and appropriate black or white shoes
Neatly groomed appearance with clean and tidy hair
Punctual and reliable attendance
Preferred age 21 years or older

Job Qualifications

At least one year of serving or hosting experience in restaurants or hospitality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different service styles
Experience or willingness to learn event setup and breakdown procedures
Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening and weekend shifts
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to event guests
Assist with event setup including tables, linens, and decorations
Serve food and beverages buffet-style, family-style, or plated
Manage timely clearing and cleaning of tables during events
Load and unload event supplies and rentals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
Follow company dress code and personal grooming standards
