Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability for seasonal or part-time work
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry loads
excellent customer service skills
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

positive attitude and ability to work well with clients
ability to work flexible or seasonal hours
previous experience in hospitality or catering preferred but not required
basic understanding of traditional service methods is a plus
strong communication skills
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

support events of various sizes and scopes throughout the Metro-Boston area
maintain a positive attitude and work well with internal and external clients
provide traditional service methods when required
assist with set-up and breakdown of event service areas
ensure excellent guest experience through attentive and courteous service
follow company policies and safety guidelines
wear provided uniform elements and maintain professional appearance
