Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related field preferred
Strong physical fitness with ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Effective team player with ability to collaborate with diverse groups
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Possess or willing to obtain valid security license if required
Successfully pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibit strong observational and problem-solving abilities
Work effectively in a team and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license if required

Job Duties

Maintain a visible and professional presence to the standards of the client and BEST Crowd Management
Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, perform entry screenings and remain vigilant
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies including medical emergencies and disturbances
Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees, answering questions, and offering directions
Report security-related occurrences or incidents to supervisors or relevant authorities
Create and maintain documentation of activities and submit to leadership
Uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain professionalism
