Job Requirements
- Must be an active-duty Cumberland County Deputy
- Able to work events as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to work beyond traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties
- Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues including fire and medical emergencies
- Performs all event and non-event security duties as assigned
- Conducts building safety inspections including pre-event and post-event safety checks
- Follow all established security procedures
- Answers information requests from staff and guests during events or as needed
- Protects equipment, materials, and structures throughout the work schedule
- Provides regular security functions within the Complex and related areas prior to, during, and after all events
- Responsible for a clean, neat appearance with a complete CC deputy uniform
- Turn in all lost and found items to the Event Manager on duty, when applicable
- Provide escorts of persons to and from locations within the complex when requested
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
