- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug/alcohol test
- Ability to work afternoon and overnight shifts
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Professionalism and strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
- Allow appropriate entry into each venue by collecting and/or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, directing traffic
- Demonstrate understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations of various venues and events
- Initiate genuine, friendly greetings and sincere thank yous to guests at entrances, aisles, concourse areas, or other locations
- Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience
- Interact with guests using a friendly tone, natural inflection, and a smile
- Conduct bag searches, hand wanding, and access control to ensure safety
