Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be very organized and have good communication skills
- Previous event coordination experience preferred
- Must demonstrate leadership ability and able to work well as a team player
- Must be able to perform with little or no supervision
- Must be able to be on feet a majority of shift
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test and DMV check.

Job Duties
- Provide quality guest service to both internal and external guests by maintaining a WILD (friendly, helpful, positive and professional) working attitude and appearance
- Solicit business from corporate and social market segments through cold calling, correspondences and business client location visits
- Responsible for corporate and social event sales from inquiries, site tours to contracts
- Perform corporate and social event detailing including final appointments and ceremony rehearsals
- Solicit and plan for all aspects of school events such as proms, graduations, etc
- Communicate on upcoming-booked events and client specifications and coordinate event execution with Events Operations Manager and/or Event Facilitator as needed
- Serve as onsite event manager during events as determined by Events Operations Manager. Supervises all required event staff (setup/teardown crew, bartenders and vendors), as needed
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies during and after breakdown of events
- Attend industry meetings and join networking groups (SGMP).
