The Sales Manager, Venues at Encore plays a critical role in driving the company’s event technology sales within designated venues. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive consultative sales approach, utilizing Encore's sales process and methodology
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers including through online venue booking systems
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
  • Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings to support customer event experiences
  • Understand event cost structure and incorporate it into solution designs for profitability
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, venue personnel, and Encore support functions
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM system
