Job Requirements
- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of relevant experience
- technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
- prior audiovisual sales experience is advantageous
- knowledge of hospitality industry sales processes preferred
- technical aptitude required
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications

- at least 1 year of Encore or equivalent experience
- technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
- prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
- knowledge of hospitality industry sales processes preferred
- technical aptitude and computer proficiency
- strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive consultative sales approach
- prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner
- collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
- attend site visits and planning meetings to support customer event experiences
- incorporate event cost structures into solution designs following profitability guidelines
- cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, venue personnel and Encore teams
- maintain up-to-date accurate customer information in CRM
- maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- ensure all opportunities are accurately recorded and updated in CRM
- support sales forecasting with accurate and timely submissions
- adopt and learn all standard operating procedures and new initiatives
- maintain knowledge of new product, service offerings and emerging technology
