Competencies critical to success include strong communication skills, technical proficiency, an understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet customer expectations.
Physically, the role demands considerable time spent sitting, standing, and walking during venue visits and meetings, alongside occasional lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The work environment is predominantly hectic and can vary from moderately quiet to noisy settings, often requiring irregular working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
