The Sales Manager, Venues at Encore plays a critical role in guiding customers through their event experiences by identifying solutions that align with their goals and objectives. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 1 year of related sales or hospitality experience
- proficiency with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- technical aptitude to understand event technology
- ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- physical ability to perform specified job functions including sitting standing and walking
- willingness to work irregular hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience
- 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
- prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
- knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
- technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
- strong written and verbal communication skills
