Job Requirements

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience
proficiency with CRM systems
strong communication and interpersonal skills
technical aptitude
ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
capacity to meet physical demands of the role
willingness to travel and attend on-site events

Job Qualifications

BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience
1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
technical aptitude and computer proficiency
strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive consultative sales approach
prepare and present quotes and proposals promptly
collaborate with vendors and internal departments to service events
attend site visits and planning meetings to support customer event experience
understand event cost structure and design solutions adhering to profitability guidelines
cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
keep customer information accurate in CRM and leverage Encore network for additional opportunities
